What if I'm not sure what kind of counseling I need?

That's very common. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can explore your concerns together and decide how to proceed.

Do I have the option to meet via telehealth or in-person?

Yes. Telehealth is available to anyone residing in the state of Oklahoma. If you are located in the Stigler area, in-person is also available. 

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I accept BCBS of Oklahoma and Aetna. You also have the option of private pay sessions.
